Facilitator Training & Certification
GPAllied’s experience has shown us that to achieve a high probability of RCM success, one week of class room RCM Facilitator Training and two weeks of RCM Facilitator Mentoring are required. Additionally, we recommend that the class room training and mentoring are not scheduled for consecutive weeks. Upon completion of the RCM Facilitator Training, students will need one week to prepare materials for their RCM Facilitator Mentoring sessions. Other details of the RCM Blitz™ Training and Mentoring include:
- The RCM Blitz™ database will be included with the course at no charge
- Access to the production floor as part of the mentoring process
- For the mentoring process to be a completely usable analysis you will need to provide operations, maintenance and engineering management resources to staff the cross functional team for 8 hours a day for each of the mentoring days
- Selecting the right RCM Facilitators is key to the success of your RCM efforts. We offer help in providing you with selection criteria and candidate interviewing.
